This new, contemporary town home is on the banks of
Teton Creek, on Ski Hill Road. This is the access road
from Driggs, Idaho, to the ski and summer resort of Grand
Targhee, Wyoming. The home is one mile from Driggs and
about two from the ID / WY state line.
The exterior of the home is classic country style,
with clad wood windows, stucco and stone wainscot and
features. High quality finishes and fixtures compliment
the interior, with granite counter tops in the kitchen
and all bathrooms. The home is set in a beautiful riparian
forest and, up-close landscaping and lawns are carefully
maintained.
The modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has beautiful
knotty Alder cabinets and wood floor. There is a sit-up
wet bar (breakfast counter), over which you can see one
side of the two-way fireplace, which separates the kitchen
from the dining / living room area. The great room is
spacious, with a cathedral ceiling and American Cherry
floors. There is a defined front entry way, and a back
hallway to the powder room and double garage completes
the main level picture. A two-part staircase with landing
goes from the living room to the upper level.
Three large, vault-ceilinged bedrooms are upstairs
- The master (king bed) with en-suite, twin vanity,
bathroom, with large jetted tub and shower.
The other two bedrooms (queen bed) and (buks - sleeps 4) share
a full bathroom.

The autumn shoulder season is the perfect month for spectacular

Rental
Policies
Check - in time is not before 3pm. Check
- out time is 11am sharp! Daily rate will be applied
if not vacated by 11am.
Pets - Sorry - No pets
allowed. No smoking inside the premises
or on the decks, balconies, garage, entry way. Smoking
in any of these areas will result in forfeiture of
entire damage / security deposit. Please keep skis
and bicycles in the garage - do not take them into
the house.
Privacy.
We will not share any part of your information with anybody.
We do not sell or profit from selling e-mail lists. We
will not solicit you with e-mails or phone calls beyond
the needs of current business. We will do our best
to respond to you by secure means and use web sites
that show secure site certifications etc. We will not
share your credit card information with anyone.
Short Term Rental
Policies
All reservations require a minimum deposit of $300.00 if the booking total is less than $1000.00 and a $500.00 deposit if the booking total is over $1000.00.
30 days prior to your arrival, the credit card on file will be charged for the balance.
All rental monies are nonrefundable 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $75.00 booking fee for any cancelled reservation made prior to 30 days.
A credit card will be kept on file as a security deposit.
There is a 3 night minimum stay required.
All homes are rented as non-smoking.
Guest check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Keys may be picked-up the day of arrival at the office or left at the residence in a lock-box with a key-code.
Deposits
A 50 % deposit is due at the time of
booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
A $350.00 refundable security deposit is due at the
time the balance is due.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds Cancellation Policy: A
refund, less $50.00 administrative fee will be issued if notified
at least 90 days prior to occupancy. A 50% refund will
be given if cancellation is notified at least 60 days
prior to occupancy. No refund will be issued for cancellations
within 60 days prior to occupancy.
Directions: To
access Ski Hill Road, drive north from Victor,
Idaho, or South From Tetonia, Idaho, and turn West at the
Driggs traffic light, up Little Avenue - which becomes Ski
Hill Road. Grand Targhee Resort is just eleven miles up this
beautiful mountain road.
Driggs, Idaho, is the largest
of three towns in the Teton Valley, and is the Teton County
Seat. The views of the Grand Tetons from Driggs and Ski
Hill Road are some of the finest views in the world.
